Trackers & Logs

Simple logs for the bits that are hard to remember at 3am: feeds, sleep, contractions, and how you are feeling. Everything saves on this device, and you can print a summary for an appointment.

Everything you log saves automatically on this device and stays private to this browser. Use the same phone or computer each time, and tap Print to keep or share a summary.

Contraction timer

Tap start when a contraction begins and stop when it ends. Interval is the time from the start of one contraction to the start of the next. A common guide is the 5-1-1 rule: contractions five minutes apart, lasting one minute, for one hour. Always follow the advice of your own midwife or hospital.

A contraction timer cannot tell you when to go to hospital. If you have any concern about you or your baby, or about your mood, contact your midwife, doctor, or maternity unit straight away.
