You can read most of the Site without giving us any personal information. You choose to share information when you:

Information collected automatically

Information that stays on your device
Our free tools, such as the due date calculator, ovulation calculator, and contraction timer, save the numbers you enter in your own browser (in local storage) so you can pick up where you left off. That information stays on your device. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Cookies and Tracking
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them mainly for analytics (to count visits and understand traffic) and for basic site functionality. How Long We Keep Information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you subscribe, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s standard settings.
Your Rights and Choices

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. Children’s Privacy
Our content is written for adults, such as parents and parents-to-be. The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
